What is Little Majlis?

Little Majlis is a homegrown brand established in the United Arab Emirates in 2012.

We have a love for creativity and beautiful things and locally designed and made gifts and souvenirs are our speciality. Find out more here.

What's so special about Little Majlis products?

Our Little Majlis’ products are designed in the United Arab Emirates by our talented in-house team, often making use of graphics illustrated by female Emirati designers that we admire very much!

Most of our products are also made locally and they are all ethically hand and/or workshop made. Because of our production methods, there may be slight variation between products of the same type. We like to think it adds to their charm!

How can I buy Little Majlis products?

Thanks for asking, habibi. You can shop Little Majlis’ classic gift collection online here 24/7. You can choose to pay via credit/debit card, paypal or cash on delivery (UAE deliveries only) and your order will be sent to you by courier.

Do you have a physical store?

Little Majlis doesn’t have a dedicated store, but you can shop online with international courier delivery here or alternatively, visit one of our UAE based stockists. Please see our list of stockists here.

What happened to the marketplace?

How do I become a stockist?

What's the benefit of registering with Little Majlis?

As a registered customer, you have access to some great perks. Your delivery addresses are saved, making checking out a breeze and you can see and track your order history logged in your account. By registering, you’re also on the list to receive news, special offers and discounts. It’s a good place to be!

If you do not have a registered account with us, you can choose if you prefer to register when prompted or to checkout as a guest.

In both cases, you will need to enter the details necessary to complete your order (i.e. your delivery information and email address). Ensure that all of your address, order and payment details are correct and then confirm your order

How will I know you received my order?

When you have placed an order successfully you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If you have not received this email, please check your junk mail filter.

If you paid via paypal or credit/debit card, you will also receive a receipt of payment by email from them.

We will email you again when your order has been dispatched for delivery.

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Sorry habibi, gift vouchers are not currently available but please contact us with any special gifting requirements you have.

Do you offer giftwrapping?

If you’re sending your order directly to someone as a gift, we’re more than happy to wrap it for you before shipping, free of charge habibi.

We wrap all our online orders in bespoke little majlis tissue paper.

If you’d like gift wrapping, please add details in the ‘order notes’ field at the checkout, located below the delivery address section.

Discounts & coupons

If you’re lucky enough to have a Little Majlis coupon, enter your coupon code at the checkout. The discount will be applied to the product price, excluding shipping. Coupons are applicable for full price items only. Items on sale are excluded.

What payment options are available?

When shopping online at littlemajlis.com, you can choose to pay for your order via credit/debit card, paypal or with cash on delivery (COD). Please choose your preference at the checkout.

Payments via credit/debit card and COD are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Payments via paypal are converted to US Dollars.

Please note, currently payment via COD is only available to UAE based customers.

Are my payments secure and private?

At Little Majlis, we take care to protect your privacy and secure your information. We will not disclose your personal details to any third parties.

We use Telr and Paypal payment gateways to keep your information safe and inaccessible to other internet users. Your card information is encrypted by our payment providers and not saved by littlemajlis.com.

VAT at Little Majlis

VAT is included in Little Majlis’ product prices which are listed here at littlemajlis.com, in accordance with UAE laws.

Little Majlis is a VAT registered company in the UAE. You will receive a sales invoice with your order confirmation email and please contact us if you would like a copy of the tax invoice.



Delivery

How will my order be delivered?

 Little Majlis ships orders by First Flight courier throughout the UAE and internationally.

We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order and you should receive a text message from First Flight when your delivery is on the way.

Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page. All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. 

Please note that a street address and local phone number are required for delivery.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays), but usually sooner. Delivery will normally take 2 working days to a UAE city limits address from the moment you place your order.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times but occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of Little Majlis and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

International deliveries

Little Majlis ships from Dubai, United Arab Emirates and we offer worldwide delivery. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page.

Delivery times vary depending on your country, but we recommend allowing 2-5 business days. We do everything we can to meet the delivery times but occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of Little Majlis and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Please be aware that when ordering goods from littlemajlis.com for delivery overseas (outside the UAE), you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any local taxes and duties charged by your country are not included in your order price and must be paid by you upon delivery. Little Majlis has no control over these charges and as customs policies vary from country to country, we cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Can I track my delivery?

Your order will be sent out via First Flight courier and tracking is available on all orders. You will receive an email notification from us to let you know that your order has been shipped and First Flight will contact you prior to delivery to confirm details and provide you with a parcel tracking number.

In addition, customers registered with littlemajlis.com can check the delivery status of recent orders online. Click ‘My Account’ to view your recent orders.

Can I collect my order?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item I purchased from Little Majlis?

It’s essential for us here at Little Majlis to have happy customers.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, damaged or not as shown or described, you can return it and receive a replacement or a refund. For more information, please read our terms here.

If you made your purchase online at littlemajlis.com, please reply to your order notification email and let us know you’d like to make a return.

If you made your purchase in store, returns must be made via that store.

For international deliveries, if you choose not to pay duties and taxes imposed by your country, the order will be returned to Little Majlis by our courier and on receipt of the unopened / undamaged parcel, a refund less shipping will be made.

How do I return an item I purchased at littlemajlis.com?

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us by post within 14 calendar days from the day the parcel is dispatched. You will be credited with the value of your returned product to your original method of payment.

Please reply to your order notification email or contact us to let us know you’d like to make a return.

Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used.

How will I be refunded?

If a refund is to be made, you will be credited via your original method of payment.
